Founder / Operator / BuilderARKO Brand Group

The story
behind ARKO.

I am Zion Fajemilugba. I build brands, software and systems because I like turning a rough idea into something real. ARKO is where all of that work comes together.

ARKO meansA Rare Kind of Brands

The name is a promise. We do not want to build copies. Every company should have a clear reason to exist, a real point of view and people who care about the details.

The journey

From selling products
to building leverage.

01 / The beginning

I learned by doing the work

I did not enter e-commerce with a polished plan. I learned by building, testing, making mistakes and taking responsibility for the result. Product, creative, acquisition, margin and customer experience all had to work together. That is still how I think today.

02 / The pattern

The same problems kept returning

As I operated more brands, I saw how quickly growth becomes fragile when work lives across too many people, tools and assumptions. That pushed me toward better systems, automation and eventually software of our own.

03 / The group

One home for everything I build

ARKO is the home for those companies. Some are D2C brands, some are software and some are still taking shape. The markets are different, but the standard stays the same: build something useful and stay close to the outcome.

Why ARKO exists

More than a
holding company.

ARKO started because I needed one place for everything I was building and everything I still wanted to build. It gives each company its own identity, while the lessons, systems and standards can move across the group.

01

Ownership

We build and operate. That means we live with the decisions, the pressure and the result.

02

Range

ARKO gives different ideas room to grow without forcing every company into the same category.

03

Responsibility

Success matters most when it creates freedom, helps family and gives us more to share with others.

What Zion believes

01 Ownership changes the quality of every decision.

02 Speed matters, but direction matters more.

03 Brand and performance are the same conversation.

04 Systems create the freedom to think bigger.

Life around the work

The business is
only part of the story.

Travel gives me perspective. Faith keeps me grounded. Training keeps me sharp. The work matters, but so does the person I become while doing it.

What the work is for

Build more.
Give more.

In May 2026, I visited an orphanage in Pattaya, Thailand. I brought groceries, toys, clothes and other essentials for the children. Their joy put everything back into perspective.

I shared that day because it showed me what success should create: more room to help, more gratitude and more responsibility. That belongs in the ARKO story too.
