The story behind ARKO

Two paths.
One build.

ARKO did not begin as a holding company on paper. It grew from two friends who kept showing up, kept learning and eventually put their companies under one standard.

Our shared journey

Friendship became an
operating partnership.

Zion and Jordy met through mutual friends after both had already chosen the harder route: learning by doing. Conversations became late nights, late nights became companies and the companies became ARKO.

01 · Separate starts

Proof before attention

Both entered e-commerce through the work itself: testing, failing, learning and staying close until the first profits arrived.

02 · Side by side

Shared pressure

They kept working together through launches, record days, setbacks and the long nights behind every visible win.

03 · One group

Built for the long term

ARKO became the shared home for their brands, systems and ideas — with brand and operations working as one.

Zion Fajemilugba

Zion learned e-commerce by taking responsibility for the outcome. The early years were testing products, making mistakes and learning how product, acquisition, margin and customer experience have to move together.

The work grew into multiple seven-figure ventures and public milestones at $613K and later €850K in monthly revenue. That operating pressure eventually pushed him beyond products into systems, AI operations and ARKO.

Jordy Versteegen

Jordy’s story starts with work. He entered e-commerce with his first coach, applied what he learned and stayed close to execution until the first profits proved the model could become something real.

Inside ARKO, Jordy brings consistency and an exceptional instinct for brand. The restraint, detail and feeling that make the group’s companies unmistakably their own carry his fingerprint.

Beyond the dashboard

Growth should create
room to give back.

The Thailand footage stays part of the ARKO story because the point is larger than a number on a screen. Building well should create freedom, responsibility and something worth sharing.
