Payment & refund policy

All payments are final

This policy applies to payments made directly to ARKO Brand Group LLC for advisory sessions, consultancy and other services. Once a payment has been made, we do not offer voluntary refunds, including for a change of mind, cancellation or a missed appointment.

Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory right to withdraw, cancel, receive a refund or obtain another remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund, that requirement takes precedence over this policy.
